Some of our favorite daily rituals with Cannaves Oliva have included homemade dressings, dips like hummus, and sauces like pesto. And while we believe plants are at their most powerful when raw, you can definitely cook with Cannaves Oliva! Just keep in mind that our hemp-infused CBD olive oil should not be heated above 320 degrees Farenheit. Beyond this point, the active compounds (cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids) in our products can begin degrading and losing potency. Heating hemp extract at too high of a temperature can also bring out more of its bitterness.
